Two things. First, I would tend to give the benefit of the doubt to planes at at airport over joyriders with their toys. Second, I have to believe that if I was behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Countach, I'd be able to get out of the way of a plane moving 5-8 miles per hour...

The real crime is he only drove 200 total miles in the car over the whole time he has owned it.
