Dr. Widmer gave credit to God for saving the little boy. I wonder how many papers and TV stations used that quote in their stories.
The providence of God was evident when you consider that a photo shoot of Bend's excellent Heart Center staff "just happened" to be by the water's edge when what was thought to be a "yellow toy" passed by.
A little boy is alive today because of the good doctor's quick thinking and an awesome God.
