Bad apple
As long-time readers of this blog know, I have a soft spot in my heart for 911 operators.
But here's a story that makes some of them look bad. (Via the 'Couv Operator himself.)

A reader points out that this story is from Pasco, Florida -- not Pasco, Washington.
Pasco, Washington has its own issues...
