A HIGH BLOG WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH BLOG EVENT IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED BLOG SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 PPH OR GUSTS OF 58 PPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO SANITY DAMAGE.
