Wazzup? Dog!

Here's a heartwarming story of how one of our local gangsta wannabes got a little more than he bargained for. Seems the script from the video game didn't quite play out.

This dog knows what the appropriate response to a man with a knife should be.

I'm sure Tom Potter will want to form a committee to study how dog owners can better control their vicious beasts.

Fortunately, the incident took place in Gresham, where vicious beasts are well represented by their elected officials.

At 5 years of age I was feeding the chickens corn cobs when our grotesquely large rooster (complete with spurs) decided to attack me. My German Shepherd, Shep (yes, I named him that!) grabbed ahold of that rooster by the neck and snapped it. Cheers for our canine protectors!

The suspect is described as a clean-shaven, 6-foot tall, 180-pound Caucasian man in his early 20s with short brown hair and tooth marks on his face. He was wearing a light colored parka and soiled dark pants.

That rules out the Geico caveman.

That was a low blow - but very funny :o)
