Charles Henderson has been opposing counsel on behalf of Allstate Insurance Company in several personal injury cases I have handled for a variety of individual clients over the past few years. For whatever reason a number of these cases have ended up going to trial or arbitration. Litigation is inherently stressful because our civil litigation system has a winner takes all mentality and it doesn't always bring out the best in people. As Charles' frequent opponent in the hostile environment of the courtroom, etc., I can vouch for the fact that he is not only a very competent attorney, but he is also a class act as a person as well. He has the rare quality as a lawyer of being able to leave his ego at the door, and he treats everyone with professional courtesy and respect. It is also rare to find a lawyer who has extensive trial experience with criminal and civil cases. I have no doubt that he is the better candidate in his write in campaign against Leslie Roberts, and he has my endorsement. Kevin Cathcart OSB #91233
