Charles Henderson has been opposing counsel on behalf of Allstate Insurance Company in several personal injury cases I have handled for a variety of individual clients over the past few years. For whatever reason a number of these cases have ended up going to trial or arbitration. Litigation is inherently stressful because our civil litigation system has a winner takes all mentality and it doesn't always bring out the best in people. As Charles' frequent opponent in the hostile environment of the courtroom, etc., I can vouch for the fact that he is not only a very competent attorney, but he is also a class act as a person as well.
