Rough night at Hanko's
I haven't been down to the Mountain Park watering hole since my Divorce Detention Camp days, and I'm sure glad I wasn't there the night this happened.

That is nothing compared to dodging the LoPo after having a few at Hanko's. This incident will only make that cat and mouse game harder.

Why did they cut this schmuck loose? They should have at least held him long enough for a mental evaluation. Priors? Warrants?
Nobody pulls a stunt like this just once: why did he have a pellet gun in his car?

But its lack of authenticity would only prevent a deputy district attorney from charging the man with more serious crimes.
See, thats BS. The charges shouldnt change because it was a fake gun. The people in that bar thought it was real.

It's real sad they there wasn't a felony law violated here. He's extremely lucky there wasn't an armed citizen in attendance that night. I'm sure I'm going to catch alot of s*@! here for advocating concealed handgun licenses but honestly I don't ever want to find myself in a situation where whether I live or die is decided by someone similar to this man armed with a real gun. It only takes a second for a situation like this to turn lethal and I guarantee it took at least several minutes for the police to arrive.
