The same kind of person who ran over a young boy on his bicycle in Woodburn a few weeks ago and that was an adult male driver, an adult female passenger with two children in the back seat.
What I really enjoy is when there is a hit-and-run car accident and both drivers and all passengers run on foot, leaving two stolen cars scattered in the street.
Its a different world than when we were kids.
