See, I felt it for a good 30 seconds. Rolling big time. I'm in NoPo (but I'm not PoBo), and it woke me out of a dead sleep. And I did think I heard it but wasn't sure.
About 0125 I woke up and then a few minutes later the quake hit. It was a nice jolt. I checked the USGS site to see if Mt. St. Helens had blown, then back to bed.
But what if it had been more serious than a 3.8?
What if it had been a 7 plus? Would the area infrastructure be able to handle it?
I know MAX would be down and out, but there is no discussion of that at Portland Transport, or and nothing at Blue Oregon, so maybe I am in a time warp and we really didn't have a quake.
I'll go back to sleep and dream sweet dreams.

Yeah, I felt it. Posted my info on the USGS site. It felt like a mild jolt, lasting just a second or two.
