Any way you could encourage people who get arrested and booked here in Portland to at least smile during the mug shot like Tom Delay and Scooter Libby did? Let's face it those smiles are going to work for them and it could work for Portland alleged criminals who have done far less than Delay & Libby . Say cheese. Groves Gravy
