Mr Bog - Check out the The Sitka apartments they already give away wired Internet access free already. Mr Sten has already beat PGE by giving away things for free.

It only means that the concern over economic inefficiency, such as when ten electricity suppliers have their wires crossed, would mean that Comcast is not merely superfluous, but just plain wasteful to have hangin' around. You see, C can only carry broadband (and entertainment) while PGE can do two things at once. C must go . . . just as did Paul Allen's exploratory (and expensive) bid to compete with C.
I suppose also that the FERC and the FCC could blend together into FERCFCC [supply your own vowels].
