Top 10 things Kevin Mannix plans to do in New York

Oregon GOP stalwart Kevin Mannix is a delegate to the Republican National Convention in New York City. Here now are the Top 10 things he's planning to do while he's there:

10. Try Jewish food
9. Look for ribbon for IBM Selectric typewriter
8. Sneak out for matinee of "Cats"
7. Daily prayer for more dirt on Goldschmidt
6. Visit site where Paul McCartney was shot
5. Kung fu on any hippie demonstrator who gets too close
4. Really let loose when the Gatlin Brothers hit the stage
3. Late-night cocktails with Leona Helmsley
2. Stay away from those queer establishments

And the No. 1 thing Kevin Mannix is planning to do while in New York City:

1. In-room pay-per-view

The "Paul McCartney" thing was a gag, presumably a reference to how unhip Jack thinks this Mannix fellow is.

There is even a Beatles link over there on the left.

BTW, I would love to visit New Zealand some day.
