This is an awesome American story on so many levels! The guy is angry after they allowed a cement plant to be built near his muffler shop, so he fortifies his bulldozer with CEMENT, and takes out the plant and the Mayor's house. Avoiding injury to others, he appeals an adverse quasi-judicial ruling. I believe that such well-tailored revenge has only been outlawed in Colorado since the 1990s. He even gets bonus points for being SWAT-proof.
