Sticker shock

Hey! It's Copper River salmon season again here in the Pacific Northwest!

And hey! It's $29 a pound in the market.

Swim on, little fishies, swim on.

Copper River, Shmopper River.

I had some good ole' Willamette River Spring Chinook last night at my parents house. My father caught it right at the Multnomah Channel right next to Sauvie Island.

Hilsy, let us know when the third ear starts growing, k?

$ 29 a pound ? Does it come with a lap dance ?

Personally, I've never understood the appeal of salmon. I don't like it. I'd rather have catfish any day. Blackened, by preference.
