The Bush and Cheney 2003 personal tax returns are out. Here's Bush's. Here's Cheney's. I'll expand on this story, as I did last year, after I've had a chance to look them over.

Maybe you can check out Teddy Kennedy's also. And Madame Hillary who once deducted the value of her used bloomers.

I seem to recall that the Clintons valued their used-underwear donations at $4 a pair. And thats before Bill's underwear went into the Smithsonian as a collector's item.
