Freshened up a bit
The mess I've been complaining about over at the I-5 on-ramp at the Rose Garden in Portland has been largely cleaned up. I don't envy whoever had to do that work. We'll see how long it lasts.

The northbound exit has it's problems too. A while back I was on the northbound off-ramp and this guy pops out of the bushes with no shirt on and a hypodermic needle stuck in his arm. It all happened so fast and the light turned green and I was on my way, but a few moments later I thought, holy sh*t! what did I just see?!
