Jail Blazer of the Week
Second-year forward Zach Randolph, arrested for smoking pot while driving.
This guy was going to be the cleancut, young hero, to replace the older louts when their contracts run out. According to KGW, "Randolph was charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant-controlled substance, failure to drive within a lane, no Oregon driver's license and driving uninsured."
These guys crack me up. They can't afford car insurance?
The beat goes on! Call Steve Houze!
You know, all NBA teams have an "I.L." -- an injured list. The Blazers need a second "I.L." -- an idiots list -- for the players who are under suspension for one off-court transgression or another.

I was thinking it's about time to organize a campaign to convice the trailblazers to move to another city. Oklahoma City? St. Louis? Someone must want an NBA team?
Just think of the lack of bad press we'd reap!

Maybe Lewis & Clark Law School should form a for-profit clinic specializing in the criminal defense of Blazers. I know there quite a few fellow students who would love to be privileged to information relevant to the Blazers' marijuana charges.
