I think I was behind him in the Hood to Coast once

Have you heard about the old Oregon license plate that turned up in one of Saddam Hussein's garages? I am not making this up -- it's apparently a true story, of which you can catch more here.

He was probably the guy during the hood to coast that would stop by all the sleeping rest areas and deflate their tires ;-)
