Yeah, contrast this with the fight outside a Toys-r-Us and the woman trampled at a Wal-Mart in other parts of the country.

Unfortunately, you can also compare this with the shameful number of shoppers I saw crossing the picket lines at Powell's on Friday, many of them with their kids. Granted, most people stayed away, or chose not to go in, but it was disheartening to see the hundred-plus who pushed on through. It was a one day strike - wait a day to buy the books!
