I'm starting to see a few hits coming in via links in other people's weblogs, including Howard Bashman's legal tour de force called How Appealing. I have tried to find the links in some of the other blogs, but they must be buried deep in the archives, 'cause they're not readily apparent. Today's been split between writing a scholarly article on a tax subject and having a blast with my family. That and a pretty good run along Alameda Ridge here in Portland, and I am right as rain. A very lucky guy, despite going 0-3 on my little football ticket -- doh!
