How to save the wildlife on Hayden Island

When the Port of Portland paves over hundreds of acres for yet another under-utilized shipping facility on the island's west side, they can simply install one of these.

Nothing new here. I can point out a frog crossing in North Portland up neare T5. Its a trough built under the road with grating to keep from getting squished.
I agree witn the statement you made about spending millions to build an underutilized facility. But don't worry about it. They know better then we do. Really.
