I would have closed that one too... it's in an aging strip mall with no real anchor tenants. Business traffic was nil... the place was like a morgue.

First QFC deserted us and now Whole Foods ???? Guess Trader Joes or Zupans is out of the question too. We Greshamites just don't get it....

I would also prefer a Trader Joes in Gresham; but not necessarily at that location.
