Our two favorite college sports teams are Stanford, and whoever's playing the Ducks. But one weekend a year, it's UC Nike vs. USC, and we never root for the Trojans under any circumstances. It's that time again. May the Ducks win, narrowly and with great strain.

This will probably be the first game the Ducks lose. Though I sorely hope not. I had the misfortune to attend a game at USC. Shudder. What a horror show those people put on. They really are not nice down there ... at all!
Jack, if I remember correctly you did similar post last year, and the Ducks lost to USC. I thought at the time that your very qualified support would be a jinx, and I was right. Hopefully by pointing this out before the game I can reverse the curse somehow.
For those of us old enough to remember the Trojans and Huskies running up the score massively in many games in decades past , it will be a special pleasure to watch the Ducks thrash usc today! With Dion and Kiko blitzing , MB will get shaken not stirred.

"Worst fan behavior I ever witnessed was by a Duck. Never witnessed anything bad from SC fans."
I did. Coming in, some "fan" told my husband, me, my daughter and her boyfriend he was glad we were smiling because it would soon be our last. Leaving, a couple of fans said, "Now that you've lost why don't you go down to Watts and get murdered."
Not even to mention that the stadium's seating for visitors is past the end zone where none of us could see either the game or even the replay board. Not that we would want to ever again.

Jack, I can barely forgive you for slightly rooting for the Ducks. Go Ducks!
Remember, if it wasn't for the Ducks we might not have had Goldschmidt to kick around.

Tuned in to watch Stanford beat USC earlier this year and haven't watched college football since. No way to top it.

keep up the envy jack. your USC hate just shows the true liberal streak and lack of respect.
Fight ON.....

With USC, I don't ordinarily care that much, and so I would place their opponent as third on my list of favorites.
