Stacey should edge out Hughes

We have them about 3,900 votes apart, with Hughes ahead, but the uncounted Multnomah County votes should push Stacey ahead by a small margin when it's all over. Too bad -- more condo garbage and streetcars.

I have no idea how representative this is, but I liked Hughes fine (better than Stacey for effectiveness and personal style, and about as good on the issues) EXCEPT that I could not vote for him with his support of the CRC boondoggle.

I think you have a point about the Milwaukie light rail line, especially the budget for it, but it doesn't seem as crazy or as fiscally dangerous as the bridge plans they've been coming up with.
