But "garza" is the Spanish term for heron, as in Great Blue. Indeed, there used to be a vineyard near Roseburg named Garza, the label of which bore a bird in flight. Although its vintages were food-friendly, it was never in Abacela's league.
Victory Outreach currently is in about 24 countries with about 500 churches and rehab facilities. They were established in 1967 and have helped thousands of individuals overcome drug and alcohol addiction. They do very good work and as human beings we are far from perfect. Unfortunately greed can cause people to hide in darkness. Fear is the opposite of faith. As President Reagan once said. "Trust but verify."

All things aside, Max Garza has helped many people including drug addicts and prostitues live healthy God filled lives.
