Is his stiffness and intermittent unsteady gait the result of his war injuries or rigid muscles associated with LBD?
How about a comparison of recent videos with those from a year or so ago?
Go ahead and hate me, but I genuinely believe that he does not have the requisite physical or mental health to be President.
It's not his fault. We all decline with age. Although his mother has aged well, it doesn't look like he inherited those genes, or they were compromised by five years in a prison in Hanoi plus years of booze and fast living.
No, it's troubling because it's just one of many times McCain has lost it. It's just words coming out of his mouth at this point... he's trying to sell failed policies back to American people, and it's hard to say it with any feeling or conviction at this point. He's running for the sake of running.
Every pol has his/her share of gaffes, but McCain is showing the strain of the campaign and his age. What's he going to be like after a few years in office?
The most revealing interview pertaining to McCain's mental state was his recent grouch-fest with Don Imus. McCain has been coming on "Imus in the Morning" for years and has usually been funny. As Imus pointed out this time he seemed like another guy.
What may have happened is that McCain sold out by hiring the people who did him wrong back in the 2000 campaign. Maybe it's gnawing away at him to realize he's taken the same sleazy, twisted path as George W. - especially since the strategy isn't working.
Eight years of Republican't policy (actually, dating back to Reagan's mindless deregulation infatuation) has led to the redistribution of $700 billion from the backs of workers to the wallets of Wall Street grifters.
Right-wing nuts can scream "socialism" and redistribution" all they want, but recent events have removed that particular emperor's clothes.
Supply-side economics and unregulated capitalism have been stripped and laid bare before the electorate, and that whole "socialism" thing just isn't gonna work anymore.
Time to find a new boogeyman to scare the votes out of people.
The campaign trail is grueling. Each man will be exhausted when they reach election day, but the real work begins on inauguration day. I think that Obama is going to be the one with the energy to do that. But, if he's elected, I bet his hair will be gray by the time he's done.
Just to be clear, he's implying that other parts of the country aren't patriotic. Just like his trophy VP, who continues to imply that so many of us aren't patriotic, even after being called on it.
Haven't we all heard enough from this fear mongering, divisive, hate spreading bunch of conservatives?
You know that the commies are on the rise and only the Fascists repugs can save us.
"How about redistributing the Bush administration into some prison cells? "
Best line I've read today.
Like Mr. uh, uh, er, um, ah, ah hasn't made his fair share of mistakes, many of them much bigger than this one.
As for Pat's comment regarding republicans. How was the economy two years ago? How is it now after two years of a democrat congress? I'll take the previous years, thank you.
I don't know who you're referring to, but Senator McCain is showing clear signs of old age and health problems. He's not physically or mentally fit to be President.

Because no one else in this election has ever misspoke or laid down any "gaffes" on tape, right?

Is there a doctor in the house?
Lewy Body Dementia
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/lewy-body-dementia/DS00795/DSECTION=symptoms
One of the defining features of LBD is "pronounced flucuations in alertness and attention." http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/dementiawithlewybodies/dementiawithlewybodies.htm
Remember the droopy eyelid?
Is his stiffness and intermittent unsteady gait the result of his war injuries or rigid muscles associated with LBD?

If McCain would give the media access to the rest of his medical records, it might put all of the speculation about his health to rest.
On the other hand, it might also expose a dark secret, such as McCain's own "Chappaquiddick."
How about those Portsmouth Naval Hospital records from 1964?

Sounds like Obama dislikes the folks in western Pennsylvania, and McCain feels the same way. Nice to have them on the same page for once.

"How was the economy two years ago? How is it now after two years of a democrat(sic) congress? I'll take the previous years, thank you."
Believing the logic above means that you believe this entire "economic crisis" is based on the actions of the past two years.
That's a stretch for even the most die-hard partisan to make with a straight face.
