He looks (to me) like a 'mini-me' Stephen Colbert -- and talks pseudo-parody (which is a double negative) in Bushbutcher law-and-order lip service, so in case that side wins he's on record of talking that talk, and in case that side loses and the Liberty-and-Justice-for-all side wins, he may claim on defense, 'it was an act, it's called satire, can't you tell the difference?, when your self-composure can just take a joke you might see that I am your side.' Which is it 'Colbert' -- Liberty liberal or unConstitutional conservative?, because it sure ain't funny, not even labelled 'Comedy Channel.'
Two questions for Kroger to answer in booking:
1. Where were you the morning of September 11, 2001, and what were you doing there then?
2. Whereas, expert (scientific) testimony shows, on the day, in Court, that for each of THREE skyscrapers demolished, theAction (135,000 KWH) DID NOT EQUAL the opposite Reaction (10,000,000 KWH) -- a physical impossibility -- as Energy IN ('Gravity only' alibi) belies to the recorded Energy OUT (deconstruction, pulverization, and motion of particles cloud 'exploding'); now, Therefore, are you filing charges of that crime which has broken the (Newtonian) Law of Nature, and going to prosecutethat?
I really wanted to see the debate between Kroger (I spelled it right for a change) and his opponent (not sure I can spell that one right without seeing it) Thursday. I jsut couldn't seem to get out of Pendleton before 4pm and pulled into the bar center just after the debate concluded. I did meet Kroger briefly and ask him a question. I really like his spirit and obvious intelligence. It sort of surprises me how much support he has from local law enforcment and prosecutors, since that ilk strikes me as being in bed with organized crime in these parts. Maybe they need someone of Kroger's caliber to help them with that problem.
A friend of mine said Kroger supported the death penalty and she wanted to know how anyone could do that in light of the fact that DNA evidence is exonerating death row inmates. I told her that if it is true he supports the death penalty, she should ask him that question.
I haven't had time to listen to the debate I missed yet, but I certainly don't expect Macpherson (sp?) to shake up what, imho, needs to be shaken in this state, as I see him as too much of an insider.
One thing,Tensk, is in the AG's office itself; as I have mentioned before, I have personal knowledge that the attorney-in-charge of representing the state in real estate cases is well versed in land scams-from participating in one I chronicled for a victim. Kroger seems like he understands the concept of systemic problems (can't wait to read the book), so I am very hopeful that he will listen to people and figure things out correctly as he goes. It seems to me the "human nature doesn't apply in Oregon" crowd turns a willfull blind eye to some fairly major corruption, all in the name of loyalty to insiders.

Huh? Two questions:
1. What is that "caliber," of a measure -- being of a N.Y. 'Empire' State of mind?
2. What does need "to be shaken in this state," IYHO, loose booty?, and could he not shake that back where he came from?

One thing,Tensk, is in the AG's office itself; as I have mentioned before, I have personal knowledge that the attorney-in-charge of representing the state in real estate cases is well versed in land scams-from participating in one I chronicled for a victim.
