Good news from the greater Glendive metropolitan area

You Portland taxpayers who had given up collecting any of the "voter-owed elections" money due from erstwhile City Council candidate Emilie Boyles -- how foolish you were. It now appears that full recovery of her debt to the city is just around the corner.

Well, the Bakken formation is in neighboring (and aptly-named) Richland county, so if the economy over there asplodes, Emilie ought to be able to find some way to skive a few dollars off the top of that, clever as she is.
