Go-o-o-o-o-o-o-oll! Not

Wow, so much for Poland. It will take a minor miracle for them now. Hats off to Ecuador.

I don't understand any of this, but it's been fun to watch so far. Maybe at some point I could even learn to play the game of socc -- um, football.

The Ecuadorians looked bigger, faster and stronger.

I only got to "watch" from work on the FIFA webcast. It looked like Poland made valiant attempts in the second half including some shots hitting the crossbar.

Bummer for Polska. Ecuador rejoices.

Duetchland racked up a good 4-2 win, but the German defense seems a bit suspect.

Hmm. I was surprised enough to see the talk of soccer that I had to check out the post. I'm glad to see new fans talk about the game.

I made threw out some barely-informed speculation about the future of Group A (Germany, Poland, Ecuador, Costa Rica) on my site, so I thought I'd throw it out here. Assuming it makes sense, don't let that fool you; just say I had to get past my underwear before getting it on the page.

You keep eating lead you'll not be learning anything new.

Zzzzzzzz, zzzzzzzz, zzzzzzzz - huh, uh, yea, goal.
Zzzzzzzz, zzzzzzzz, zzzzzzzz.

You banned me sometime ago. I deserved that. I was very harsh on my comments about your trip to Montana.

I am not going to tell you that I am sorry. I wrote what I thought. I am not here tonight asking you forgiveness regarding my post.

I really want to know where can I get the sound tack you are playing on your Blog.

I will say this. I should have not written what I did. I did write it. I stand by it. I am not like some you have banned. I have never circumvented your ban on me.

You'll know that by examining my email address and a few other things you can track through your utilities.

So where can I get the sound track?

I'm not sure what you mean about a soundtrack. The Billy Preston video is available on YouTube:

Ecuador deserved that win. Poland played tentatively the entire match until the final 7 minutes. Ecuador, on the other hand, played with confidence; and it just seemed to grow after the first goal. Quito must totally be on fire right now.

So far, Germany looks strong. But if they keep playing the trap, it'll be a team like Ecuador that will make them pay for it.

I'm not totally impressed by the England performance. (currently watching the tape.. in the 77 min.) I'm just not a huge fan of Crouch. His gangly-style seems to draw the penalties.

Pumped for Monday, (oh, how cute, the English fans are doing the wave...) But those that feel it'll be easy will be in for a surprise.
